Reservations

For any of our skippered charters, please download and mail/email/fax the registration form below to our office. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover or you may mail us a check. For bareboat charters we will email or fax you the lengthier application form. Upon receipt of your registration and deposit we will forward you add’l paperwork, contracts if needed, provision check lists and driving directions to the yacht you have reserved.

Charter Information

Crew, Cook

For the enclosed yachts where a cook or crew is not mentioned, an additional crew or cook may be hired at the rate of $125 per day. For Chefs, $200 a day+

Provisions

Where provisions are not already included in the price we will provide a split provisioning service at the rate of $20 per day per person(full rate $25) which does not include spirits. We are happy to customize meal plans to accommodate any special diet requirements of our guests.

Reservations

Initiate your holiday cruise by completing the enclosed reservation form and returning it to us with a 25% advance deposit. Apply early to ensure the yacht and dates of your choice. However, if time is short, HSC will reserve the yacht of your choice via telephone or email for five working days or until your check arrives. The balance of your charter fee is due in two installments with the balance due at least two weeks before your charter or you may pay for the balance on the day of the charter by certified check, cash or travelers checks. Until your charter is successfully completed, all deposits and fees are placed in a clients trust account

Cancellations

Day Charters – Seven days or more notice will receive a full refund of deposit. Less than seven days but more than 24 hours will receive a deposit refund less $60 charge. No refunds for less than 24 hours. Multi-Day Charters – 30 days or more prior to charter, deposit will be refunded less a $60 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days 50% of deposit refunded less cancellation fee. Within seven days of charter the entire deposit will be forfeited unless the time slot can be rebooked, in which case your deposit will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee.

Actual boarding times and dates are flexible. We do suggest 9:00-9:30am for inter-island cruises.
